The Albanian Goverment's mechanism for Donor Coordination is the Department of Strategy and Donor Coordination (DSDC). The main framework for donor activities is the
National Strategy for Development and Integration. On the side of the Donor Community, the main coordination body is the Donor Technical Secretariat (DTS) which was established in 2003 and is lead by the European Commission, UNDP, OSCE and the World Bank. To improve sector-specific donor-coordination,
Sector Working Groups have been established within the DTS, including PSD-related working Groups such as on the Economy and Finance or Energy, Transport and Infrastructure.
