Adam Smith International is seeking a full time MRM Manager for GROW, a Sida-funded agricultural market development programme in Liberia, to begin in April 2015. Familiarity with the DCED Standard is essential.

DAI
is seeking a Monitoring and Results Measurement Manager to develop a MRM system based on the DCED Standard in an agribusiness market development project in Nampula, Mozambique. Successful candidates will have experience in applying the DCED Standard and ideally preparing for a DCED audit.

DAI is recruiting a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Expert for MADE, the Market Development Programme for the Niger Delta. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a M&E strategy based on the DCED Standard and providing extensive training to internal staff on the DCED Standard.

The DCED Business Environment and Green Growth Working Groups have launched an expression of interest for a work item to enhance understanding and build evidence-based guidance on how interventions for business environment reform can support green growth in and by the private sector in developing countries. The ILO is seeking an expression of interest to conduct a Market System Analysis of the building construction sector in Mozambique. The analysis will aim to identify and better understand the underlying constraints to pro-poor, job-rich growth. The exercise will take place between March/April and June 2015. IDRC is seeking a Senior Programme Specialist - Supporting Inclusive Growth. The successful candidate will lead IDRC's research on new roles for the private sector in development. The position is based in Ottawa, Canada. Apply by 8 March 2015.

The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is seeking a Senior Manager: Knowledge-Policy Investment Broker. The position will be based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, or IWMI country/regional office. Apply by 15 March 2015.
